Compensation:

DOE Competitive ($25-30) hourly to start plus mileage and cell phone allowance.

Greater Sacramento Metro Region (50 mile radius)

Tools You Provide:

You are expected to have the tools of a network engineer:

• Tool bag and various repair tools
• Telephone/cell phone
• Transportation/car
• Internet access and home computer/laptop

Skills Required:

You are expected to have the usual skills of a network engineer with current product certifications.

• Manufacturer product knowledge and current certifications (i.e. Microsoft, Novell, Linux, Cisco, SonicWall, Citrix,HP)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, common sense, diagnostic ability and knowledge of hardware, OS software, and common network applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, service dispatcher, and sales associates.
• Ability to provide consultive approach to assessing customers needs and preparing proposed solutions with sales associates. 
• Detail oriented with parts, paperwork, project scopes/plan, and processes.
• Organized to manage clients, projects, and dispatched calls.
