As a Certified Small Business Enterprise (#2963), Capital Datacorp can provide traditional open market quotes or use a variety of procurement contracts either as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or agent. California State Agencies can use us to comply with CSSI contract mandates and as an "Off Ramp" alternative supplier.

CSSI Off Ramp and subcontracting

The CSSI contracts provide for the use of Certified Small Business when the purchase amount is less than $100,000.00. The Agency uses their normal IT purchasing delegation and issues the Std. Form 65 purchase order directly to Capital Datacorp. These orders do not incurr additional backend DGS contract charges. 100% of the order qualifies for SBE participation.

The Agency can also issue a CSSI purchase order directly to the prime contract holder and name Capital Datacorp the SBE subcontracor in the body of the order (not vendor area). These orders incurr additional backend DGS contract charges (refer to appropriate contact for details).
