Skills Required:

You are expected to have the usual skills of an inside sales person.

• Some Manufacturer product knowledge (i.e. Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, SonicWall, Symantec, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to make up to 50 calls per day.
• Common sense, knowledge of technology products, and how they work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
• Detail oriented with paperwork, and processes.
• Organized to manage multiple tasks and calls.
• Understanding government procurement practices.
