trainingGenerally, training and instruction on any new technology is provided on site following deployment. Depending on your project and staff, we can provide the following training resources both on site and in off site training facilities:

Train the Trainer:

We can provide specific training for system administrators, database administrators, and others. By focusing on transferring knowledge to your high level technical support staff, we can provide the resources for first and second level self support.

End Users

We can provide specific training for end users on how to use any new technology. This is usually done in small groups to minimize work disruptions. 
 
We can also provide web based training and develop continuing educational requirements. This is often useful for new employees and existing employees requiring refresher training.
