Managed Printing

Our IT department manages our network, but I'm responsible for managing the office printers and copiers. We really don't have a good handle on how much we spend on printing costs. Beyond the cost of the printers themselves, we expense all the consumables such as toner cartridges, repair costs, etc. I'd like to find plan that gives me a fix cost.
