Hardware Platform

Warranty Services

Our systems engineers are factory authorized and certified to perform on site and depot repairs for Hewlett Packard.

Out of Warranty

If all or part of your service or repair is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we can still help you. The same engineers that provide the warranty service for the manufacturers will service and repair your server with new or refurbished parts. Just bring your server to our depot repair facility. For a small fee, we will diagnose the problem and give you a written estimate of repair. The fee is applied to your service charges if you decide to repair or we can dispose of your server through a certified recycler.

Don't want to bring your server to us? No problem, we'll come to you. And remember if you have offices or branches in far reaching areas, we can still be your single point of contact to serve all your equipment needs.

90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty

We stand behind our work. If the part we used to repair your server fails within 90 days, we'll replace it free of charge (parts and labor).

Network Operating Systems Support

Your server and it's operating system provide and control all the access to shared network resources and data. It is critical the specialized software and components are configured properly and all software updates maintained. This requires a continual effort and higher skill levels to properly install and support. We can provide the support for the leading network operating systems software from Microsoft and Novell. We support the maintenance, upgrade and migration of both systems.

Novell has a version of their network operating system based upon Suse Linux which we also support.

It's important for the proper operation of your server and the security of your business information, that the network operating system be properly installed, configured, and maintained. Don't risk your business to potential security risks and software failures.

Network and Advanced Application Support

Network and advanced applications are the other programs that run on the server. These can be specific to a function like a web server, archive/back up solution, database server, antivirus, power management, and email systems.

Advanced Applications are those specialized programs that run on the network servers and provide more advance functions. Examples include Blackberry, Citrix, website content management systems, collaboration/document management, proxy services, terminal services, and others.
