Network Storage

We've grown our business and over the years have accumulated a considerable amount of data on our servers. Everything from our accounting information, to customer records, project information, contracts, letters, spreadsheets, faxes, images, video, and sound files are stored on our servers. I've noticed our storage requirements are growing faster than our business. I need to be able to support this growth and manage all the data. I need to make sure our users can securely store, manage, and retrieve the data when and where they need it. And I need to be sure the data is adequately protected. We can't afford to loose any of it or have it fall into the wrong hands. Is there anything I can do to solve these problems?

If this sounds like you, it's time to review your current network storage situation. We'll help you assess your current policies and practices and make recommendations to accommodate your future growth.

Let's review the key components involved in a typical medium business network.

Direct server attached storage Print E-mail

This is the "tried and true" technology that has served us well for years. As the name implies, it is the storage that is directly attached to the host server. You can think of this as the hard drives, tape drives, DVD drives, disk arrays, etc. that are directly connected to your server.
