Compensation:

DOE Competitive ($16-20) hourly to start plus mileage and cell phone allowance.

Tools You Provide:

You are expected to have the tools of a printer technician:

• Tool bag and printer repair tools
• Printer vacuum
• Telephone/cell phone
• Transportation/car

Skills Required:

You are expected to have the usual skills of a printer technician with current product certifications.

• Manufacturer product knowledge (i.e. HP, Lexmark, Xerox, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, common sense, diagnostic ability and knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and service dispatcher.
• Detail oriented with parts, paperwork, and processes.
• Organized to manage multiple dispatched calls.
