Our printer support services include the hardware platform, consumable supplies, preventative maintenance and repair services.  All services are delivered by factory trained and authorized service technicians either remotely, in our deport, or on-site as the need dictates.

Hardware Platform

If your printer is under warranty, you want it fixed according to manufacturer's specifications. If out of warranty, you want a resource that you can trust to back up the repair with a guarantee.

If all or part of your service or repair is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we can still help you. The same technicians that provide the warranty service for the manufacturers will service and repair your printer with new or refurbished parts. Just bring your printer to our depot repair facility. For a small fee, we will diagnose the problem and give you a written estimate of repair. The fee is applied to your service charges if you decide to repair or we can dispose of your printer through a certified recycler.

Don't want to bring your printer to us? No problem, we'll come to you. And remember if you have offices or branches in far reaching areas, we can still be your single point of contact to serve all your equipment needs.

90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty

We stand behind our work. If the part we used to repair your printer fails within 90 days, we'll replace it free of charge (parts and labor).

Consumable Supplies

We can provide you with all the consumable supplies you'll need for your printer:

• Toner and ink cartridges
• Fusers and maintenance kits

Managed Service Plans
