Capital Datacorp will do everything possible to quickly resolve any problems you have with your order. However, the manufacturers of the products we sell have very strict return policies, which must be followed when determining if a Return Request can be approved. Please read and follow this policy carefully. Important Instructions About Every Order You Receive
Returns and Exchanges To return or exchange an item, you must contact us or submit a Return Request within 15 days of the sale invoice date. Failure to do so could result in your return request being denied by the Manufacturer. Once we have received your return request, we will determine if a return or an exchange can be approved, based on the information you have provided, and the manufacturer’s return policy. Manufacturers and distributors will not accept opened merchandise or software licenses. We will do everything we can to effect a positive outcome to your request but the ultimate decision is not ours. A restocking fee of 15-20% may be accessed on all returns. Defective Items If an item is defective within 25 days of the sale invoice date, please contact us for assistance. We will determine if technical support is needed, or if the item should be replaced. If an item is found to be defective after 25 days of the sale invoice date, please contact us for assistance. We will assist you to the best of our ability. If we are unable to resolve you problem, we will refer you to the product manufacturer for technical or warranty support. If the item is from a manufacturer that has authorized us to support and repair the item, we will initiate the process. Otherwise you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Shipping Returns Once a return is approved, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. and shipping instruction on where to return item. Unless we made a mistake, it is your responsibility for properly shipping the item. Returns must be made within 15 days of RMA. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX, if necessary rebox item in a shipping box and attach shipping label. We strongely suggest you ship items by a carrier that will insure the value of the package and provide tracking and proof of delivery. Return all items in original manufacturer's packaging including manuals, cables, CDs warranty cards, etc. Failure to return all items in original packaging will result in rejection of return. Credits and Refunds Upon receipt of returned item an evaluation will be made to determine if it is acceptable. If accepted, a credit will be issued based upon the lower of current price or original price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The credit will be applied to any accessed restocking fees and the balance available for future store purchases. If you wish to have the credit balance refunded, please contact us with your request. Allow 10-15 days for us to process. |
