Design

The gap analysis identifies the areas needing design and architecting of solutions. Your trusted advisor(s), work with your team to design, create, prototype, and evaluate solutions. This phase will require considerable resources for research and evaluation of costs and benefits.

Depending on the size and scope of the project, various deliverable documents are generated including project plans, scope of work definitions, and preliminary budget estimates.
